Time for Hart to come back into the first 11?
I must admit I’ve never been a huge fan of Adrian, I like his passion a lot but he doesn’t fill me with confidence.

Hart made a few mistakes but I actually don’t mind the lad, with Adrian now making mistakes is it time for a change?

He'd be better off going to Stoke and playing in the Championship with them to rebuild then look to the Premiership in a season or two.

Happens to keepers who make mistakes at international level. Ever since he fucked up against Wales his confidence has been shot to pieces.

Excellent keeper, but needs help with the mental side of things IMO.

need to ship him back, for the majority if the loan he's been a disaster, City will want in excess of £10m for him; that would be better spent trying to tempt the likes of Pope from Burnley.

..Sad to say We think he is finished. He has had a great chance to re establish himself at West Ham. Sadly, very sadly he has been unable to do that. Why ? Who knows ? But he really now is a "has been" and if he wishes to continue as a keeper may have to drop down a league and not stand in the way of new up and coming prospects.

And West Ham need to seriously invest in a really good keeper; and they. do not come cheap.

Re: Time for Hart to come back into the first 11?
We are at a total loss as to what happened to Joe Hart as a goal keeper. His decline has been spectacular. His decline has been sad.

We a pretty sure that having him in goal this season has cost us vital points.

Why he has become so suspect..is really hard to say.

But he is on a fair wedge to save goals and keep the Hammers in the Premiership - and that is vital.

We need to invest in a first class keeper failure to do so will cost us badly.

How Joe can stop his decline we do not know....it might be time to find another line of work and look back on what was a very good career.

I do not see what Premiership team will take him next season he is far to error prone. But having an error prone keeper affects the whole team.

His performance against Chelsea was good...but he needs to be at that level match after match.

Sadly, something in his psychology seems to have cracked.

Let`s wish Joe well for the future and ..no..he should not be in goal for England in Russia... WHF

Re: Time for Hart to come back into the first 11?
It always was a strange signing, considering that he’s out of form but still trying to get into the England team. The pressure would be there to play him even if he was completely out of form, otherwise he’d be saying goodbye to his England chances.

Surely it’s got to the point now where points are more important than his England chances. Give Adrian a chance and give Hart some games if or when we’re safe.

The message that is being sent is that Hart was 100% a Sullivan vanity signing and Sullivan's ego comes above what is best for the team.

Adrian has to come back in for Sunday and barring injury stay as first choice until the end of the season.... Adrian has signed a new contract and committed his long term future to the club. What message does it send if we keep playing a shit loanee in his place.

Hart may well be England's best keeper but these days that a fucking back handed compliment and he is clearly not good enough for the Premiership.
No surprise all the top teams have foreign keepers

Re: Time for Hart to come back into the first 11?
In my opinion it has to be Adrian back in goal for the Arsenal game.
And Hart should not be in the England squad as he has done no more since arriving at London Stadium to make a convincing argument for inclusion.
I would rather the Pope of Burnley go to Rssia in his place.

Re: Time for Hart to come back into the first 11?
Bizarre decision making for Stoke's goal, why he elected to kick it is a mystery. Dont think it changed the result though, Moyes wouldnt have brought any forwards on if we hadn't gone a goal down.

Hart had looked solid up until that point after a good game against Chelsea. Still think he'll go to the WC.

Re: Time for Hart to come back into the first 11?
Hart may have to face reality and to pro long his career he may have to look at a top half Championship side to rebuild and come to the conclusion that his England career is now past him.

Alternatively, step down from consideration for England and concentrate on being a good premiership keeper. Once he's back on track make a go for England selection again.

Re: Time for Hart to come back into the first 11?
Much prefer Adrian any day

I have to admit that Hart is more dominant in the air / better at dealing with crosses than Adrian though

Hart was at fault for Chelsea's goal & most goalkeepers would never have spilt the shot or consequently failed to smother the rebound against Stoke

Bring back Adrian immediately & free buy a decent goalie in the summer. Preferably one of Burnleys

Re: Time for Hart to come back into the first 11?
Hart is an overrated goalkeeper.
That means that he is getting paid more than what deserves and that you have to pay an awful lot of money to City for his services.
Given that he is shit you also need to have a good cover up.

Shit season in Italy last year and an even worse one in England. One good game against Chelsea doesn't make him a good keeper.
